Return and Refund Policy
We want you and your pup to be happy with your order 🐶
This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided:
- Items are unused
- Items are in original packaging
- Treats have not been opened (for hygiene and safety reasons)
To start a return, email woof@bruceandfriends.com.au with your order number.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photos and your order number. We’ll organise a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
Sale Items
Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, unless faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
