All our treats are proudly made in Australia. Our toys come from trusted suppliers who meet strict safety standards.

Our resealable bags keep treats fresh! Store them in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
How long do the treats last?
Most treats stay fresh for 6–12 months when stored properly (but let’s behonest — they rarely last that long 😉).

Orders are packed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days across Australia.

Absolutely! Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — but it’s on our radar. For now, we’re proudly wagging across Australia only.

What happens if my parcel goes missing?
Oh no! Contact us right away and we’ll follow up with the courier. We’ll make sure it’s sorted.

If you’re not completely happy, you can return your item within 30 days fora refund or exchange — as long as it’s unused and in original packaging.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry! Email woof@bruceandfriends.com.au within 7 days withyour order number and photos. We’ll replace it or refund you.
